@MyIndusIndBank I walked into your Sasthamangalam branch to CLOSE my account. Your team pressured me into opening an NRI Pioneer account instead, promising priority privileges. That was January 21. It's now late March. The account is STILL not activated. 🧵
This is not a service lapse. This is a systemic failure at your Sasthamangalam branch. Check the Google reviews — I'm clearly not alone.

Also missold a credit card. Your RM kept insisting it was approved & dispatched — while I had the rejection email sitting in my inbox. And through all of this, staff kept pushing insurance products even after I said NO multiple times. @MyIndusIndBank
@RBLBankCares I am a new Insignia account holder & in my welcome email, it was mentioned i will get LTF Credit Card, a large locker & 2 complimentary lounge access. But when i talked to my RM, he said all of this requires an FD with a lien marked. Which info is true ?
