Including doctors of the mind. You cannot just go “I wanna be the other gender now”.

And little children under teen years are not getting surgeries. Doctors take years to make sure you have gender dysphoria consistently before even thinking about gender transition

Young children such as toddlers do not get surgeries. Children in general do not get bottom surgeries. Top surgeries are the same as any other boob job. And they’re reversible. So yes, if they volunteer, if they’ve been studied, it is ok.
