An Open Letter to Irish Senators Concerning the Hate Offences Bill

Dear Senators,

It is now in your hands to either endorse or reject the most significant assault on free speech in the history of the Irish State, and indeed in the recent history of the West.

Before signing off on the Hate Offences Bill, you might consider whether you are willing to live with its rather dystopian consequences for civil liberties in Ireland.

First, are you ok with a situation in which citizens are criminally liable for the subjective emotional reactions of other citizens to their words?

Second, are you ok with a situation in which people cannot speak freely on controversial issues because they don’t know how a prosecutor or judge will interpret the notoriously vague category of speech that could “incite hatred”?

Third, are you ok with a scenario in which the Gardaí can raid a citizen’s home and confiscate his computer, not because they suspect it may contain child pornography, plots to overthrow the state, or terrorist plans, but because they have received intelligence that an unpublished article might, potentially, stir up strong feelings about this or that group in society?

Fourth, are you ok with a scenario in which employers have to engage in surveillance over their employees’ speech or else face the prospect of being prosecuted under section 13 of the Hate Offences Bill?

Fifth, are you ok with a situation in which citizens have to walk on egg-shells in their workplace lest they “misgender” someone or use “inappropriate” language that might be interpreted as liable to incite hatred and therefore might trigger a sanction by their employer, or criminal prosecution by the State?

Sixth, are you ok with a situation in which there are “protected” groups in society whose identity is so vague that it is not yet known, because they are defined by “gender,” understood as “the gender of a person or the gender which a person expresses as the person’s preferred gender or with which the person identifies and includes transgender and a gender other than those of male and female”?

Seventh, are you happy to see Ireland go down in history, on your watch, as the nation that put in place one of the most draconian pieces of “Black Mirror,” “thought police” legislation in the history of the West?

If not, then I beseech you, as a concerned citizen, to oppose this draconian legislation, and to energetically lobby your colleagues to refuse to sign off on this Hate Offences Bill, which is a travesty of law and a stain on the honour of a free and democratic nation.

The TRUTH about the Dutch farmers protest.

Right now something is going on in Europe that should send chills down your spine. Something that we didn’t think could happen. Yet here we are.

You see, in the Netherlands, the government is planning on essentially SEIZING thousands of farms , farms that have been in the same family for generations, all in order to meet new climate goals for 2030.

They say that the farms are emitting too much nitrogen and thus polluting the landscape (but let’s just ignore all the billions of face masks that people threw away).

Naturally, the farmers are not very happy about this situation. They stand to lose their livelihoods when the government forces them to sell their land to the state. Sure, they get a little money for the land. But they lose their business and they lose their income. What are they supposed to do?

Young farmers are getting their future ripped away from them so the state can take their land and build houses on it. For ”the environment” of course!

Well, I knew that the mainstream media isn’t covering this fairly. In fact, the mainstream media seems to mostly be ignoring this all together. Or if they do, they always try to paint the farmers in a negative light.

THIS IS INSANE.

It is essentially what they did under Communism in the Soviet Union. They stole the land and guess what happened then? The people starved.

So I decided to head to the Netherlands to see what is actually going on, and to meet the farmers and talk with them myself...

Cut the crap, Jacob Rothschild - this is what really happened. Lord Lionel Walter Rothschild was the power behind a secret group called the Round Table based in London from the late 19th century. This was created for the Rothschilds by their gofer Cecil Rhodes who plundered southern Africa for them.

Yes, he of the infamous 1917 Balfour Declaration that gave then crucial British government support for a Jewish homeland in Palestine. Britain would soon after be handed Mandate control of Palestine by the Rothschild/Rockefeller-created League of Nations after the fall of the Ottoman Empire which Palestinians were manipulated to help remove from their land in the 'Arab Revolt' by British military-intelligence agent T. E. Lawrence ('Lawrence of Arabia').
Lawrence promised the Palestinians that if they helped to eject the Ottoman Empire they would be given 'independence' when all along he knew the land was earmarked for Rothschild Zionist Israel.
The 'Balfour Declaration' was not a statement in Parliament but a letter from Round Table inner-circle operative Lord Balfour to Round Table funder and owner Lord Rothschild. A complete stitch-up in other words (see my books for the detailed background).
