🚨 SUMMARY: The new tuition fee changes:

- Undergraduate tuition fees will rise with inflation in 2026/27 and 2027/28 for both current and future students

- After that, automatic yearly rises will kick in - but only for universities that meet quality standards set by the Office for Students

- Maintenance loans will also rise each year with inflation, and grants for low-income students will be brought back

- Foundation year courses in classroom-based subjects will have their fees frozen for 2026/27 and 2027/28
