@vmbusinesshelp having some real issues again with getting faults fixed - nearly been a week without internet. Pretty sure there is an SLA that is not being resolved. Two visits and numerous calls still no internet F011167768 need a new hub!

Over the last three quarters there have been record closures of pubs & restaurants in the UK. Some statistics state around 2 pubs & 3 restaurants every day! You've probably seen 1 today!

@virginmedia useless been with VM pretty much for a full 18years. I have never had such rude service from any company let alone one that has had thousands from me over the years! Been hung up on twice in one day well you have lost my business @richardbranson I take your name off
@virginmedia I was trying to call up and discuss my contract the first time, after being hung up on after 20 minutes of waiting the second time was because I wanted to cancel my contract
