ELSA - I started using this book with year 4 ELSA group as we are looking at anger 😠 😡 👿 😤
What a great book with fantastic puzzles and a different way to look at anger 😠

As children, some of us were taught to hide our emotions.
We dutifully stuffed away those difficult feelings and tried to ignore them.
We were told...
"Quit crying. That's for babies."
"You're fine. It's not that big of a deal."
That was wrong.

ELSA - today the children carried their worry bags around for the full day the children said " they were heavy and annoying to carry"
Mrs Adamson2 worry bag even went on home visits !!!

ELSA session year 3 - today we drew what our worries look like - we also filled our worry bags with our worries 😟 tomorrow we are going to carry our worry bags around all day as they are heavy with our worries 😟 😨 😀 😊 ❤
