One day I'll write a medium article about why I'm stopping on pen clique. But the short of it is it's not fun any more, we gained little out of it, we picked up unexpected drama because of poets we platformed, but the few homies that came up and stuck with us were the one up side

@chelliebean_ bless fam. yeah when i look back at some of our eps, it's legit a fun show. but often I wonder if it's just fun for poetry heads? like, preaching to the choir? i never got the sense that we were reaching outside of our bubble which was a disservice to our mission

I SAY ALL THAT TO ALSO SAY THIS: We still have more content to drop. I still got content from 2019, I still wanna do an IRL clash event, just don't expect this all dropping on a regular schedule. Pen Clique's channels will just drop when we got the time and feel like it

@AlxndrBlack yeah man. you're one of the folks i'm keeping in the personal timeline ofc. I still believe that modern production CAN make poetry breakthrough, but we got neither the team nor the time to do it. It's reached a point of diminishing returns and I just gotta bail before I break

What does poetry look like in a world where #AugmentedReality is mainstream? I wanna imagine an app where you can attach poems to locations, so when you get there you can see a poem floating, and you can read the piece in the context of where it was written or is about #XR #AR
