#1. Yes our testing protocol (TISO Testing) offers a readiness score… no we don’t have all the answers how it relates yet to performance.

We do have some interesting data though…

@injuryexpert Genetics aside…Could off-season training groups help identify areas of increased injury risk after one has an injury like this? I’m assuming everyone in the group over or undertrained in one area. Maybe a trainer or strength coach could compensate in-season with that info
