@UPS Need urgent assistance.

Four separate 50 lb packages from different shipments all received Arrival Scans at the Van Nuys facility on 5/7, then disappeared from the tracking system afterward.

All investigations were closed after only 2 days without resolution.

This does not appear to be a normal lost-package situation and may indicate a larger operational or security issue at the facility.
