Which are not binding on the PI hearing. And a PI order would also not be binding at trial/summary judgment. So to say that the court hasn't made any findings is incorrect.

Did the court find the contract enforceable? Yes, on 5/6 items. Is this finding binding on the PI hearing? No. Is it a final ruling? No. I do this every day for a living lol

You dont just roll up and get a tro based on nothing than the judges feelings my guy. Which is why the prohibitions of the tro mirror the terms of the contract...yes, its temporary. No, its jot a final decision.

While not permanent, yes, the court has ruled on the enforceability lol
