Registered Mental Health Nurse. A positive mindset means positive mental health. Mental health is natural and everybody's responsibility, let's promote it!
World Mental Health Day 2018 is upcoming, how are you promoting it? I am going to donate to 'CALM' a movement about prevention of male suicide. For every retweet I am going to donate 20p to this extremely important cause. I will be donating on 10 October. #WorldMentalHealthDay
Doing an activity that you enjoy may improve your mental health.
For Bethan this involves writing poetry #NationalPoetryDay . She found it helped her through a period of emotional abuse:

Reading is something I try and do everyday. The brain can be trained like any other muscle and through reading you can grow daily! In the past I was caught in the trap of scrolling through social media for 20 minutes at a time, now I invest that 20 minutes in reading #positivity
I start the day by making my bed, PROPERLY. This gives my mind immediate #positive intentions and is one of the most important and easy building blocks to start the day. Sounds simple, but try it and you'll be happily suprised!
Finishing my evening with #positive intent. What I'm grateful for this evening;
1. I get to have #positive interactions with individuals who have not had the luck that I and many others have had and try and improve their luck for the future.
You are what you think you are. Positive thoughts lead to positive outcome. Tame your inner chimp and flip the negatives into positives. #youarewhatyouthink#positivity#nurse
