The Straussian question's analysis is lacking. It's not that I think things are hidden ; I think things are present, but to know all the things necessary to identify what is present requires synthesis of many other truths to have literal knowledge, and even more for allegorical, moral, anagogical meanings of Sacred Scripture. Knowing (relational understanding between things and God), understanding (a disposition to do good), and wisdom (proper ordering of lesser and greater goods), are absent from philosophies that aim to replace God will always be inferior to the truth of creation.

Digital "copyright" has always been a joke. Read your social media ToSs / EULAs people. Git must also have permissions to copy your code to distribute it.
Nobody who wrote this bill understands computers, or doesn't care. Regardless of the bill's aims, it's unenforceable, and is a Fourth Amendment violation.
