1. If it’s set and forget then why a satellite? How will he know when to swap out for something else?
2. When you say you like the factor indices vs vanilla index funds, what drives that? Return? Cost? Volatility?

Of everything I learned in 2025 (from the podcast + digging into the research), a few habits rose to the top as the highest ROI for healthspan:
