BREAKING: ADVANCED ALZHEIMER’S PATIENT REGAINED SPEECH, MEMORY, AND BLADDER CONTROL AFTER SINGLE PSILOCYBIN DOSE
An 80-year-old woman with advanced Alzheimer’s — who had barely spoken for YEARS — experienced RAPID and SUSTAINED improvement after taking 5g of psilocybin mushrooms.
During the acute phase, she entered a prolonged deep sleep-like state with profuse sweating.
~19 hours later, she spontaneously started talking again for HOURS — sharing detailed autobiographical memories she hadn’t expressed in years.
Over the following days, her family reported improved memory, walking, emotional connection, speech, and regained bladder control.
After 1 month, bladder control REMAINED RESTORED, and she was still functionally improved compared with baseline.
While this is just one published case report, the implications are enormous given that there are currently NO approved medications known to produce effects like this in advanced Alzheimer’s.
These findings urgently need replication. For millions watching a parent or loved one disappear to Alzheimer’s, even the possibility of restoring lost function warrants serious scientific investigation.
Curious that you sound so dismissive of these conclusions, given the other fringe ideas you seem to espouse on your page. If you would take the time, the evidence is beyond compelling — it is overwhelming and extensive.
(Just how many thinking people do you really think there are in the world today?)
Elon Musk turned down all shares when he left OpenAI because he believed nonprofits are not meant for self-enrichment.
"The reason I founded OpenAI was because I was concerned, based on my conversations with Larry Page, that he was not sufficiently concerned about the dangers of AI. At my birthday party, he, in front of a large group of people, called me a speciesist, for favoring humanity over computers. So after that, I was like, We got to have some counterbalance to Google, because Larry doesn't seem to care if humans make it or not.
So I thought, what's the opposite of Google? It would be an open source nonprofit, and that's where the word open, in OpenAI comes from. It means open source.
I provided all the money, recruited the key people, and taught them everything I know. I actually even got them to deal with Microsoft.
And for all that, I did not seek any financial reward whatsoever. The reason I actually took down the offer for shares is because, I mean, I felt like what are the shares, and why like nonprofits supposed to have shares? Nonprofits are not supposed to be self enrichment, so that's why I turned on the offer of shares."

@missmommymolly@Rightanglenews Oh God, a lecture on parenting from someone with a link tree like that…
It’s really cool for you that you’re making so much money, but I’m sorry, you don’t get to have opinions anymore.
@missmommymolly@Rightanglenews L.O.L.
Talk about critical thinking skills, do you really think this baby just came out of the womb???
Back of the line!
@JacquiDeevoy1 What do statements like this mean? I’ve heard this before, but stated like this it has no meaning… do you mean don’t believe explanations for how gravity works? Like relativity? Or do you actually suggest that what goes up doesn’t come down?
