At a certain age every ball player is
expected to work hard but execution and production will keep you in the line up, simply saying a kid works hard does not entitle him to play!

Story time: high school kid looses his spot to a younger kid. The younger kid who is better defensively and offensively is a freshman. The parents made a post saying the head coach ruined baseball for their kid by not playing him since he’s a JR. Who thinks the coach is to blame
