YouTube & Toei axe-murdered my YouTube channel in lees than an hour. 📺🐝

This is the email notifying me of my channel being disabled. I know Toei has the power to do what they did but all I did was make Fan-Dubs & Edits. Other YouTubers do the same thing, still there. Hell, the entire Battle of Gods movie with the Faulconer Sountrack is on YouTube.

That means:
➡️ 27,643 terminated channels every single day.
➡️ 1,151 terminated channels every single hour.
➡️ 19 channels banned for life every single minute.

And since YouTube's automation system typically terminates even MORE channels in the second half of the year, you can likely double those numbers right now.

At this very moment, by the time you finish reading this tweet, YouTube's AI will terminate another 100 channels, give or take.

81.8% of those bans were for “Spam, deceptive practices & scams” - a category handled almost entirely by the AI termination system.

The appeal is also handled by the same AI-bot that terminated the channel, often rejecting it within minutes.

Here's the reality:

→AI-bot terminates you (we've seen in recent weeks how many of those terminations appeared to be mistakes!)
→ You appeal.
→ The same AI-bot reviews it.
→ AI-bot confirms its own decision almost instantly.
→ Your YouTube career ends for life.

No human decision. No context. No second opinion.

If the AI makes a mistake, a creator’s entire career can disappear without any human review at all.

Let's think about it for a moment - this isn't just "policy enforcement". It's real people losing their livelihoods, years of work, their audience, their identity - with absolutely zero human accountability.

When someone's career and livelihood is decided to be erased (deservedly or undeservedly), a human decision should be involved. Period.

Once the AI termination process of your channel is completed, getting some details, answers, or a fair evaluation of your case is almost impossible.

And if you decide to fight the termination, you might go the legal path like I did, which took me almost a year. But even after winning the legal case, getting YouTube to acknowledge the formal legal decision is another quest which I still can't solve, and my channel still remains terminated. But let's keep my story for another tweet.

As a former YT creator, their appeal system was already slop before AI.

Now, they removed the human factor and it’s become a hydrogen bomb of shame.

YouTube is letting AI serve as Judge, Jury, and Executioner.

This isn't speculation — millions of channels are being banned for life under the “ Spam / Deceptive Practices / Scams ” policy by bots that can’t understand context.

The scariest part? The appeals are automated too. If the machine makes a mistake, you lose your career. No human verification. No mercy.

➡️ Manually CLEARED by Human Reviewer and monetized again

When I see a content creator say "well I dont wanna piss off Toei and Shueisha." I laugh and shake my head.

They don't like us. ANY of us. None. They're already xenophobic from the get-go, but they absolutely despise content creators. Trust me. Their weird ass culture stuck 40 years ago doesn't understand why creators are good for their IPs.

You can behave any way you want, you can edit in any way, you can do everything 'right' and not even use a second footage or images, and they will still abuse the fucking Youtube system, never even attempt communication or to build a bridge to work WITH us. They've done it to dozens of people throughout the years. They've never tried to make amends and until leadership changes; they never will. End of story. I absolutely will never cower down to an abusive company. Ever. Get fucked.

On a personal note: Shueisha has literally tried to BLACKMAIL me to completely delete manga reviews from 2021 (positive ones too) for absolutely no reason. Zero. They wouldn't even attempt to work with me or communicate a reason, so I kept them up. Then, they got mad and abused the copyright system in 2022 and gave me over 50 strikes and literally tried to ruin my life, and they've done it to others.

Yeah, no, don't be 'nice' to a predatory company. You ain't gotta do shit to them for them to hate you because they already do until new, young leadership takes over.
