Hi @airtelindia@Airtel_Presence this is very unfortunate that despite constant complaints about Airtel xtream fibre, no action has been taken
Because of your app glitch, paid more than 24k over span of 2 years although the connection was discarded and no return on that
@airtelindia@Airtel_Presence also, no technician is ready to come and check the site in person, everytime we raise complaint, technician calls back saying “the area isn’t covered under him”
If the area isn’t covered under anyone then why even provide the connection?
@bosonhigg@medsane@1mgOfficial And if I’ve uploaded the prescription 3 times in the past already, ordering same medicine and yet the app cannot hold the data, can’t help
You’re still probably not understanding the point - it’s simple thing - if they’re making me take a teleconsult, I want a qualified person
Hello @1mgOfficial I got a call from your “so called Doctor X” after ordering “Y medicine”
Your doctors aren’t ready to share their qualification - their reply is “it’s personal information”
Really? Patient doesn’t have the right to know what’s their doctor’s qualification?
@bosonhigg@medsane@1mgOfficial I ain’t buying without prescription, point is if someone is providing prescription, they should be aware of the indication of the drug. 3 so called doctors called for the same asking me “am I ordering for nose allergy”
Any qualified doctor would know what that medicine is for
@bosonhigg@medsane@1mgOfficial 1. I’ve uploaded prescription couple of times
2. My order for this particular medicine is every 4-5 months and since last 2+ years been consistent on the same app
If there’s a glitch on app, I can’t help
@bosonhigg@medsane@1mgOfficial Hi, before targeting someone, a simple question to you - would you go to a doctor knowing their qualification or would you consult them and then ask for qualification?
Additionally, any qualified doctor would know triptans are used for headaches and not for “nose allergy”
@medsane@1mgOfficial Exactly my question 🤣 I had to literally ask them how is it personal? Itna bhi kya chhupana
I somehow feel they’re not doctors but just tele callers
Dear @VanHeusenInd I ordered 25 pocket squares - all were ordered in one go to be delivered at same address from your official website. I am receiving 25 separate deliveries spread over 4+ days, seriously?
So much wastage of resources?
@KiaInd Apparently, because of this pathetic response from @KiaInd I eventually ended up in an accident because I asked for help what could be done they just told me to redial and I just was waiting in the middle of the road when a car hit mine from behind
Thank you @KiaInd for trauma!
Dear @KiaInd apparently engine overheating is not SOS as per your call centre
Recently used the inbuilt SOS feature for help and I got to hear was “oh you need to redial and dial xyz extension”
There seems to be a high need for improvement
(1/3)
Listen @KiaInd I think it’s high time
1. Why can’t you differentiate calls from directly car vs phone?
2. People at your end need to hear our complaints more clearly and understand someone in distress
3. Give out list of what’s SOS and what’s not to customers separately
Dear @MGMotorIn bhai ek baat batao, Astor ki driver seat jo banayi hai ek baar lambe logo ko bhi consideration mein le lete?
Matlab itni badi car lambe log kyu nahin chala paa rahe? Most uncomfortable drive I’ve experienced…
