Russia launched 115 drones and missiles at Ukraine overnight — including a new weapon Ukraine's Air Force flagged specifically: reactive Shaheds.

The attack began at 18:00 on July 11 and was still ongoing at the time of the morning report.

What Russia launched:
— 9 guided air missiles Kh-59/69
— 4 anti-radar missiles Kh-31 — from the southern direction
— 115 strike UAVs: Shaheds, reactive UAVs, Herbera, Italmas, and "Parodia" decoy drones

Launch points: Kursk, Oryol, Primorsko-Akhtarsk, Millerovo — and from occupied Donetsk and Hvardiyske in Crimea.

What Ukraine stopped:
— 102 of 115 targets shot down or suppressed
— 7 of 9 Kh-59/69 missiles destroyed
— 95 drones of various types destroyed → All 4 Kh-31 anti-radar missiles — missed their targets

What got through:
— 2 Kh-59/69 missiles and 19 drones struck 12 locations
— Debris from downed targets fell on 12 additional locations

Five types of systems involved in the defence: aviation, surface-to-air missile forces, electronic warfare units, UAS Forces, and mobile fire groups.

Two details worth noting: Russia is now deploying reactive Shaheds — a faster variant designed to complicate interception — alongside decoy drones designed to exhaust air defence attention and munitions before the real strike arrives.

Ukraine is adapting. The 89% interception rate holds.
But the weapons are getting harder to stop.

Його звати Олександр. Він народився в Сибірі, його бабуся Катерина була депортована з Чернігівщини ще в 1937-му, вона співала йому українських пісень і розповідала про Голодомор. Це й визначило його подальший шлях.

У 34 роки він переїхав до України, одружився з киянкою, а в 2022-му, коли війна застала його в Ірпені, пішов добровольцем.

Тепер він - начальник штабу Російського добровольчого корпусу (РБК), який воює на боці України.

Його рідна мати вважає його фашистом і терористом, а в Росії він довічно засуджений - і за його голову пропонують $1,5 млн.

ФСБ полює на нього роками - було вже 17 замахів, але всі провалилися.

Найстрашніше трапилося, коли його підрозділ знищив колону росіян у Бородянці. Тоді він ще не знав, що в тій колоні був його молодший брат.

РДК виріс із 15 друзів у 2022-му до тисячі бійців сьогодні. Сьогодні там жорсткий відбір: поліграф, перевірка зв'язків, алкоголю й навіть медійної активності.

Більшість добровольців - із самої Росії і вони ризикують родинами, які залишилися вдома. Майже всі вони не говорять рідним, де вони знаходяться.

Олександр зізнається, що полон для них - не варіант. Був випадок, що один із бійців підірвав себе гранатою разом із ворогами, щоб не здаватися.

У РДК є навіть "листи смерті" - конверти, які розкривають лише після загибелі, щоб виконати останню волю.

Він упевнений: війна триватиме ще роки, бо для Путіна це спосіб втримати владу.

А перемога для нього - це коли його сім'я зможе спати без сирен, коли Україна більше не чутиме повітряних тривог. І він готовий воювати за це далі.
