I LITERALLY been on the phone for a full hour w/ @tmobile Metro, trying 2 help my Uncle activate his phone. To avoid him paying, the rep walked us through the website which had difficulties. Because of that, still no help was told to pay 2 activate even if the site is down.

Just had a vry upsetting convo w/ a @Walmart #WalMartPlus rep. My order placed on ystrday, was supposed 2b delivered ystrday evening. I called 2 express my concern. He listened, canceled it, said "is there nething else...".

Me: um no.
Him: Ok, U have a gr8 day.
No will to cover.
