It’s okay to not support Israel politically. I too think that our current leaders are terrible, and we could talk about this for hours. But if you love sports, Israel competing in Europe is something you should fully understand and support. Respect and love ✌️(7/7)

Hey @TasMelas, I really enjoy @NoDunksInc and as an Israeli who loves basketball I wanted to respond to something you wondered about recently — why Israel plays in European competitions instead of Asian ones.

Even South American countries like Guyana and Suriname play in the North/Central American confederation because it’s more practical. Sports federations sometimes bend geography to make sure countries can actually compete — and Israel is one of those cases. (6/7)
