Your HRV tells you how recovered your nervous system is.
Your VO2 max tells you how efficient your aerobic system is.
None of it tells you if you're becoming more patient. Or humble. Or present.
God is tracking those things or sending you a notification. He's just with you in it.
"You know when I sit and when I rise."

God has been logging your data longer than Garmin has.
I track my HRV every morning.
I've skipped Bible reading three times this week.
My Garmin gets more consistent attention than God does.
That's a formation problem.
