Today, the NYC Commission on Racial Equity (CORE) released a letter urging @NYCMayor to release the Preliminary 2024 Racial Equity Plan (Plan). Our City’s failure to deliver the Plan not only undermines our efforts but also deprives impacted community members of the opportunity to respond to the goals and action steps through which the city proposes to close the gaps in health, wealth, and well-being that generations of discriminatory policies and practices have yielded.
Watch our exclusive interview with @InsideCityHall tonight with CORE Chair and ED Linda Tigani and Former Racial Justice Commission Chair, Jennifer Jones Austin.
