Ok and whether those are valid/invalid grievances is not something I'm concerned with atm.. what does make me curious is how did this relate to the police? This guy killed a cop, right? Like typically when you're a psycho who murders somebody for a "reason" and they didn't PERSONALLY DO SOMETHING to you, they either belong to an occupation/religion/race/club/some kind of group that pissed you off...

I would like to know the process by which I can return mine to the government. I do not believe in coercing votes via monetary incentives. I believe that this behaviour is despicable, especially when you GOT that money by stealing it from the handicapped in the first place.

I would like to know which form I need to fill out, which institution I need to visit, where I have to go, who I have to talk to if I want to give the money BACK.

depends. does this friend have children under the age of fourteen? does the friend have animals? does my friend have a domestic partner? does my friend suffer from any form of mental or physical handicap? is my friend over the age of 65? does my friend belong to any religious affiliation in which the church has a community that helps each other (ie. mormons).

I only say because a mess like this denotes an inability to care for a house and if you have minor children, child and family services should be notified. if you have pets like cats or dogs who are free roaming and could get at this mess, those animals are at risk of hurting themselves or eating something they shouldn't. if she has a mental or physical handicap, a little more forgiveness/grace should be applied to the situation- also she could have a social worker i could speak to about the situation to get her help. if she's in a domestic partnership- why has her partner not helped with this?? if she's over 65 this might bring up a tough subject of whether she can take care of her own self anymore or whether she might need a little extra help. if she's involved in a church, for example LDS, there could be people I could contact like the Relief Society or some missionaries to come and help her get her house in order.

All of AISH benefits amounts to less than 2% of the overall provincial monthly budget. So slashing, AT MAXIMUM, will only get you LESS THAN TWO PERCENT OF THE PROVINCIAL BUDGET, and that is if you were to cut ALL of disability.

Let's say you came to me and told me you were in horrible debt, so bad that you couldn't get out because every paycheck you get just goes to interest.

You make $1,000.00 a month.

Your debt is $50,000.00

Out of that $1,000.00 a month, let's say you spend $20.00 every month on Dr. Pepper.

What the UCP is saying to you is basically like saying:
"If we never buy Dr. Pepper again- we can get out of debt. The only thing that got us into debt was obviously $20.00 a month of Dr. Pepper. We just need to stop drinking soda."
