@CapitalOne suggestion to change the formatting of your email transaction alerts. The key info, merchant and transaction amount is buried in a block of text. Space it out so it's easier to read. Better yet but that info in the subject of the email ..like @Chase ๐๐ป
@CapitalOne a recommendation for your transaction alerts. They should be formatted with more spaces and returns, so the important detail, the merchant and transaction amount isn't buried in paragraph form. Try putting those on a separate line. Makes it easier to read.

Hey @Delta you cancelled DL2265 today and now I'm stuck in PDX an extra day. Do you offer compensation for my inconvenience? Hotel + additional costs (food, parking, etc) + an additional vacay day I have to burn. Hoping to get some help here.
