@DanRyanOGRE1@ms_audy We are also creatures of habit, we will usually check the clock around the same time everyday subconsciously too. Working a full day at work, you will usually start checking the time more frequently before your break as you're eager for it. More likely to see 11:11am in that case
@DanRyanOGRE1@ms_audy I guarantee you can pick any number that the clock displays and commit it to memory and you will start noticing it more. You're not seeing it more frequently, you've now put that number on notice.
@DanRyanOGRE1@ms_audy Its confirmation bias. Imagine how many times you check the time throughout the day, you only remember the times where the clock shows a number that is memorable i.e. 11:11, 5:55, or specific to a person like a DOB, or any number that stands out to that person
