@TMobile worst customer service… I was on the phone for 5 hours last month with CS and they “figured it out” and gave me a credit. Check my account and same issue, call in to customer service and they didn’t even give me the credit they said they did. Taking my biz lines to ATT
@united@boomsupersonic Too bad your spending your money on marketing and supersonic planes, and letting your employees steal from your customers checked bags and not do anything about it. Not claim any responsibility except ask to file a claim. Going through the process and won’t allow you to submit!🤬
@united Trying to submit your claim forms and it won’t let me submit, deletes my information when it comes to review the claim, refilled everything and won’t submit. @united is trying to beat spirit as the worst airline in the world. Especially when it comes to customer service!
@united Never Fly United. I checked my golf clubs from Newark to West Palm Beach… My New Bushnell Rangefinder was STOLEN! They unzipped my travel bag, and went into a pocket, and stole it! On hold for an hour andUnited says they are not liable!!! This was after a 13 hour delay!
@united Of course you would!!! Pass the buck! You have no empathy for your customers… no accountability! As the outsourced customer service from India said… please allow 4-6 weeks! @BushnellGolf should have a disclaimer when you buy the rangefinder, don’t place it in your checked bag😡
