🗣️People say “Kendrick went too far” during the battle - but 4 things they exclude is:

1.) hip hop battles have always been ruthless

2.) no one is forced to battle, both are willing participants

3.) Drake took it there first talking about Kendrick’s kids and wife

4.) lyrics have to be somewhat believable to really hit, the fact Drake already had allegations and video evidence of weird activity made it easy for Kendrick to use that angle
