@visiblecare has there been a recent outage in the Cleveland Ohio area? I haven't been able to get a data connection for texts or phone calls for about 20 minutes now even after reinserting the SIM card and rebooting my device. The blizzard going on maybe the issue.
@goPuff_Support my friend is unable to place their first purchase. They're buying 120$ worth of stuff but the cart always shows total as pending, and prevents him from placing without ordering more to meet the minimum. What can we do?

@diane_hearus @visiblecare Wish I was there lucky. My entire connection just dies multiple times a week and Visible hasn't been able to fix, or offer any solutions besides just rebooting the network anytime it happens.
@diane_hearus @visiblecare This happens to me ALL the time, it's part of their network. I'm sure you've noticed your entire connection stop occasionally too. No calls, texts, etc
@visiblecare hi team, I'm getting frustrated with how often my service disconnects with Visible and the lack of a better long term solution with your care team. What more do I need to do? Network cutting out 100%, no data, phone, text? Absurd.
