Clearly, unless you hold onto your money, you're not making that payment on time. So you pay half early and the rest when it's due so you can still make rent on time.

@obnoxiousbro @Spideraxe30 All it actually does is shift some of the MR they have at level 18 forward to level 1.

They go from 30 -> ~52 to 33 -> ~51 - ~52. That 3 MR early matters more pre-sorcs, but is negligible overall.

That being said, more ADCs could stand to just buy merc treads.
