It would be much easier to be able to share a document directly with them, instead of having to call/txt/email them and have to ask them to sign in to Doltoop, go to the loop, look for the document and then sign..
Why is still not possible to share documents within a loop to someone who is on the same team as you? What if I need a team member to sign a document? @dotloop
Example: LLC buyer is paying the buying broker a fee for services rendered.
Listing Agent finds out about the separate commission from LLC buyer to buying broker when the commission statements were sent to closing atty office via email.
Why would the listing agent care?
Question for my real estate people:
In states that allow this, why would a listing agent get upset if the Buyer is paying a separate commission to the Buying Broker/Buying Agent on a transaction?

idk who needs to hear this but make a list of your wants and needs on a weekly basis. use this as your compass to see what actions, what people, what situations align with what you need and what you want. itβs real easy to forget about ourselves.
I don't know who needs to hear this but open that google doc from your client immediately so you don't have to request access once you actually start working on it... π
