Side story, I was crossing into Oregon when you eliminated it from your hunt. A year of researching and several smaller trips to the coast. This one was two weeks near Heceta Head Lighthouse. I’ve never been more angry and relieved at the same time.

Navigation software updated on my CT while supercharging and this is its new recommended route home from Billing, MT to Williston, ND. All chargers home are operational. Wtf!

I went through this very same situation when putting together my business plan for superchargers and mega chargers. Demand charges kill all profit. Forget large installation. You’ll be bankrupt from one busy day pulling megawatts in any 15 minute period. Either I don’t see the solution or there isn’t one. Tesla may just grin and bear it.

@Tesla_AI Can you update the navigation Software for Williston, ND? Google has the new road overlay but FSD still tries to follow the old roads. It drives around in circles and gets lost through this area.

@Teslaconomics @TeslaCharging They have superchargers in west Yellowstone and Jackson. Plan accordingly. Quit complaining. If you bothered to check their website you’d know they have plans for two more sites in Cody and gardiner. It’s covered on all sides.

@Tesla Great feature when I had a 23 X Plaid. Never used it though. By the time it was booted up, I was charged enough to continue my trip. It’s a nice feature to have though. Wouldn’t mind giving it a go again on my 26 X.
