Absolutely DISGUSTED with this hotel!!
My nan booked and went to check in around 9pm, after having a major face surgery that day. She had booked the wrong day, she accepted this and wanted to book a room as she was in so much pain and just needed to sleep. ⬇️
They wouldn't let my 75+ nan book. They admitted they had rooms but she would have to go to https://t.co/l3A2jopEuX. she couldn't do that there and then and explained this.
WHY couldn't any of your staff help her?

To add too it all my nan spoke with a lady from the hotel and she said my nan would get her refund in full. My nan has just had confirmation from the hotel that she will not get a refund.
She was clearly in need, it was late at night, she didn't know what to do & said she felt bullied to leave!!! She drove home over 2 hours becoz she was too scared to walk about by herself at 9pm at night!

@DB_Bahn Disgusted with Deutsche Bahn! We are currently on the train and we paid allot of money for our trip from Berlin to Dortmund, and it turns out you have to reserve seats. No where when I booked was I told or made aware of this and now we have to stand for 4 hours!!!!
And rather than understanding and helping me out as their website is so confusing when ordering a bundle they just refused point blank.
You would think a huge company would help their customers out.

Got brought a Nintendo switch for Christmas and I LOVE it!
However it came as a bundle with a hard case.
It's for a lite switch....my other half didn't know this and just brought it as a bundle.......
@HMRCcustomers been trying to speak to someone about help for my business and the phone lines just say we cant answer your call! I need to speak to someone regarding my business and because of this I've now got £100 penalty to pay!!!
