While we have constitutional protections, including the Fourth Amendment, which guards against unreasonable searches and seizures, it's important to understand that police officers are allowed to issue reasonable commands during traffic stops for safety and situational awareness. Asking a driver to roll down their window is generally seen as reasonable, especially when visibility is obstructed, such as with tinted or blacked-out windows. This doesn't violate the Fourth Amendment as long as the request is within the bounds of ensuring safety during the stop.

The statement that "he's driving a $1 million car, so he's not a risk to society" relies on an appeal to emotion and isn't relevant to the situation. The value of the car does not directly correlate to the level of risk perceived by the officer during a stop. Additionally, stating that "there was absolutely nothing that warranted the officers' reaction" without knowing all the details of the situation could be a hasty generalization. There may have been factors during the stop that aren't immediately visible to someone outside the encounter.

Lastly, the remark about needing to "read the constitution" is an ad hominem fallacy, attacking my understanding rather than engaging with the argument about police conduct and individual rights. The focus should be on the constitutional protections at play—primarily the Fourth Amendment and the balance between reasonable police commands and the rights of individuals during traffic stops.

3) roll down window

This is the MURDER of #NygilCullins by the @AtlantaPolicee at a Buckhead restaurant in May 2022. Police refused to release the full body cam video prior to now. Nygil had mental health issues and 911 was called to assist in getting him to a facility. Instead, police shot and killed him.

And we must respect your choice.

But this agenda must be accounted for why our national birth rate is the lowest it’s ever been.

America would be a powerhouse again if we flipped the script.

Use 145 days to promote the pro-family and give LGBTQ a day a year.

That’s enough!

That would get us back to a 2.5 birth rate and produce a better society.

If you follow MAGA for a living you’ll notice that many of them keeping talking about restoring America to a “Constitutional Republic.”

Not only is this straight from the Federalist Society I think it’s important for journalists and others to understand what it means if you run into it.

It means that Republicans have decided that the Constitutional amendments (13th ending slavery, 14th providing equal protection and due process to the states, and the 15th forcing the states to let Blacks vote) “ruined” America and should be repealed or otherwise invalidated using the federal courts.

Amending the Constitution is near impossible but these so-called “conservatives” have defined the 2nd Founding is illegitimate because it forever altered the balance of power between states and the national government.

You’re damn right it did.

The imbalance was intentionally shifted with these amendments because states used their sovereignty to try to destroy the Union in a war that they started because they were so high on secession propaganda war became inevitable.

A war they lost.

The amendments were the end result of southern conservative whites deciding to FAFO.

Everything that makes modern America, America is on the ballot this fall. Vote accordingly.
