Good thing we don't just offer these things in gym🤯
It's tough to significantly improve overall stuff during season
And even if the stuff's overall solid, command has a big role in how that actually plays
Don't sleep. You can get better during season
With seasons in full swing, it'll be crucial to ID deficiencies early
And if those deficiencies continue as trends, then you'll wanna plan a way to attack those trends
Command is an example. Esp at lower levels, it's a separator for most guys finding consistent success⬇️
With the Driveline IZ app, this is all possible to track & ID misses/improvements over time
As long as you can get a clip of the pen, it's pretty easy to log what occurred
The more an athlete can repeat executing a spot, the less they'll have to think about it when on the bump
2025 IS THE YEAR OF THE PITCH MIX
Just dropped a video where I make my case and entertain the idea that wearable workload monitors being ubiquitous isn't that far off. ⚾️ #MLB

Spring Training is underway, and there's been a surge of pictures of MLB pitchers wearing @DrivelineBB Pulse sensors to camp.
It's an interesting occurrence given the discourse around workload management and pitcher injuries over the last year, so what's the deal with Pulse?
The affiliate/college guys are gone, but there are still plenty of seasons to get ready for around here
Loved seeing Ian Oxnevad go crazy for his run and guns the other day🔥
Athletes pushing each other to get better. Tough to beat
And here's the best part we haven't even mentioned:
While you're chasing RPMs, FlexProGrip is strengthening the tendons that protect your UCL.
@DylanNewcomerPT is already seeing the benefits with athletes at @DrivelineBB .
The perfect pitch wasn't in a substance. It was in our finger strength all along.

Congrats to Shinnosuke Ogasawara for signing a two-year deal with the Washington Nationals!
Shinnosuke will feature a new sweeper in his arsenal as he transitions from the NPB to the MLB.
