“Football Boys” stop checking their fantasy teams when they’re knocked out of playoff contention. “Football Guys” check the waiver wire on Tuesday, adjust their lineup on Wednesday, and study the league no matter their record any time of the season @BarstoolBigCat
I really enjoyed talking about the World Cup with @JoeyMurr and @JJScaz last night.
We discussed teams to watch on the pitch in Foxborough and who you might want to throw some bets on

@BostonBBJournal The MIAA is no doubt convoluted, but I'm curious how public vs. private isn't a fair issue to have? Since '13, 9/12 D1 🏈have been private. Since '21, 4/5 D2🏈are private. Some sports it's less so, but still prevalent. D1 school like Methuen is never beating SJP/Xavieran today.
Four goalkeepers. Guedes over Paulinho. No Pahlinha, Mateus Fernandes, or Antonio Silva. No true LB alternative. Oh yeah, and four GD goalkeepers. Not to mention the worst team tournament song of my lifetime. Not enjoying today’s Seleção vibes. It’s still #ForçaPortugal always.
A fun day in Watertown for Porchfest. Lots of cool live music in the warm sunshine.
A great day for the community, all the bands and the hosts! @boston25

While there was plenty to be excited about for @UMassFootball fans during the spring game Saturday, it was Pop Watson's comments after the game that got the whole country talking.

Not the best audio with the youth clinic going on behind today’s presser, but here are some opening remarks from head coach Joe Harasymiak
@newftbj@kstone06
Raheim Sexil again!!!
The redshirt sophomore cornerback gets his second interception of the day and takes it almost 30 yards for a touchdown.
That’ll be the final play of the game as well. More coming up soon from the coaches and players.
@newftbj@kstone06
Will Perry finally gets his moment!
The Andover, Massachusetts native finds Devin Matthews for a 40-yard strike.
Every QB has had something to hang their hat on today and the redshirt sophomore finally gets his.
@newftbj@kstone06
Derek Morris have yourself a day. His third field goal of the game is a 45-yarder right down the middle.
Not a bad third drive from Aedan McCarthy there, just stalls right past midfield.
Officially in the fourth quarter now with 10 minutes to go.
@newftbj@kstone06
RJ Johnson III! How about that.
The transfer quarterback takes the keeper 40-yards for a touchdown on the second drive of the second half. A few nice throws before that too cap another solid drive from him.
@newftbj@kstone06
Morris ends the first half with a 20-yard field goal. Unfortunate they couldn’t punch it in from the goal line, but that was another tremendous drive from Pop Watson.
His 30-yard connection to TY Harding was easily the highlight of the day thus far.
@newftbj@kstone06
Junior kicker Derek Morris knocks in the 27-yard field goal to complete a nice drive from true freshman quarterback Aedan McCarthy. Nice recovery from the young QB after a slow first go.
Important note: the tight ends look confident today
@newftbj@kstone06
Four drives in, we have our second score of the day!
RJ Johnson III finds running back Justin Williams-Thomas for a seven yard touchdown pass.
The Florida A&M transfer QB looked solid on that drive. Williams-Thomas continues to impress today as well.
