@mikealfred @richardraizes One could argue that they are self representing and purchasing directly from owners, which can and does happen, but at the expense of time and expertise to properly execute the transaction. Do you also fix your own vehicles?

@mikealfred The rare instance that renting makes financial sense is when one owns too many assets on paper and for tax purposes, renting ie. “not keeping your money” solves the problem. Ala Elon Musk.

@mikealfred Further, resale, especially in this market, can be executed within 3 weeks - from idea to having your cash. A lease generally cannot be broken this fast, not even close.
