Can you explain why cancer rates are skyrocketing in young people then? Not just obese people. Young people. I think the evidence is pretty clear. Our ultra processed foods are to blame. Sure, overconsumption a huge problem when it comes to obesity. But obesity isn’t the only side effect of this crap. I saw your earlier comment saying “they did the same thing with sugar” GOOD! That has also been proved to rapidly grow cancer in the body. Look, the reason people are overweight isn’t complicated. At all. Overconsumption, lack of exercise. I don’t have much sympathy towards this. I do however have sympathy to the growing number of 18 year olds who haven’t even started their lives yet and get diagnosed with stage 4 cancer. We need a massive coarse correction and the only way to do that is to burn the ships. Don’t give an inch to any of this processed crap. This post was careless.
