@STN_Airport are we going to just ignore the email I’ve sent after the incident where I returned to my car without being told when I collected my keys that there was a huge crack in the windscreen. Stuart Hare - landslide duty manager of the day also agreed this was poor service.

@STN_Airport I wasn’t given one as your complaints team has yet to respond 96 hours after the incident. I only have my booking reference from the original car park from where you damaged the windscreen - GXTNGS - Stuart Hare - landsite duty manager of the day is fully aware of the situation.

Any help at all? We live in Norfolk and brought two Newcastle strips in large with the champions league badge. But they lady has somehow given us one large one medium & now the store doesn’t want to help unless I drive back to Newcastle at there discretion.

2) I can’t even complain until it’s all done. But I’m still waiting for bits to come because I’ve had. Wrong colour panels. Damaged panels, damaged sink broken Hob. Let’s not talk about the cost of calling the traders out multiple times because of this mistakes!

Once you’ve paid, the service is abysmal. I can’t express the stress, upset, anger and extra cost this is costing us because of the incompetence and we’re still not received all of our kitchen yet.
