@Eli_Doubletap Have you tried turning it off and turning it back on again? If so, have you tried unplugging the connection cable and blowing in it like the N64 and Sega games? If so, throw it all out and start over.
@YouTubeTV I left Hulu for the better option being your service. Clearly, you’ve shoved your heads up places that result in dark, foul smelling greed. Let’s maybe work this weekend (meaning today) to get this all sorted before you bankrupt yourselves with this idiocy before tomorrow’s games start.
@StubHub I’ve used your site before and was pleased. This experience is not pleasing and now requires social media intervention. I purchased tickets this evening for a baseball game for tomorrow night. After going through the app and clicking “confirm your purchase” it routed me to a web based browser within the app that made me go through a similar process with the addition of confirming my personal details. It then prompted me to go through the apple pay process again, which i did, as it seemed that the first time sent me to this other browser. I checked my bank account after receiving two different confirmation numbers and discovered I was charged twice for the same transaction. Understanding this was an app error, I contacted support and this was its result. Carlos, not the best with customer service. Should probably receive some remedial training on how to engage with customers. Also, as evidence by the screen recording, it seems he may have not wanted to interact with me any more which doesn’t seem like the ultimate ticket purchasing experience.
