@Irish_Cowboy88 Jimmy said he was ready to leave. His last season was tough. I believe he thought their chances of winning a third Super Bowl were less than others thought. Staying on top is tougher than getting there.

He stayed 5 years at Oklahoma State, Miami & Dallas. Coincidence?
