@rxoinc @SamsungUS I ordered a range last week because ours broke. The range has been sitting at the RXO depot since Friday but they’ve rescheduled my delivery three times. To make matters worse, they gave me a delivery window of 8am to 12pm and never showed up. What is going on?

This package was last scanned at 4am on 08/09. I’ve contacted Ontrac multiple times about this package and every time they told me it was delayed. Over a week later it’s marked as delivered at 11:30pm? Either the driver or someone at the facility in Franklin MA stole my package

@OnTrac_Shipping I’m up right now and decided to randomly check the status and it says it was delivered at 11:30pm. Nobody is delivering packages this late. Nobody came to my house. My driveway and front door cameras have nobody on video and there isn’t a package at my house
