RIP Monty Oum — The RWBY creator would have been 45
Remembering Monty Oum, the visionary animator whose gaming‑inspired action work — Haloid, Dead Fantasy, Red vs. Blue, and RWBY — transformed online animation and influenced creators worldwide. His unmatched creativity, speed, and passion left a permanent mark on the gaming and animation community.
Tomorrow marks what would have been his 45th birthday. He tragically passed away in 2015 due to a severe allergic reaction during a medical procedure , but his legacy continues to inspire millions.
Monty Oum taught us that our greatest strength is the family we choose. Happy Birthday to the one who brought us all together and taught us to Keep Moving Forward, always. ❤️🌹
