@PlaytonicGames My #1 wish for Yooka-Replaylee is to fix the stuff that ruined the speedrun. Changing graphic settings to clip through walls or enforcing frame late limits due to physics working differently at high FPS is very sad. It was a great run before that was discovered :)

@RainManAcres @InternetH0F Only reason I can afford to own an apartment is because I'm privileged to have parents wealthy enough to help me with the down payment. There is absolutely no way I would have been able to save enough money for that on my own outside of extreme frugal living for a decade.

@RainManAcres @InternetH0F I'm Norway ans not US, but I make about €5000 a month before taxes working in software for about 5 years, taxes are about €1400, my mortgage is about €1500, utilities, power internet another €450 or so, student loans €200, then around €100 in insurances

Trying to log into Nvidia:
1. Click log in with discord
2. Auto fill not working, open password manager
3. Biometry not working, asks me for my general password
4. Log in, asks me for my 2FA
5. Put it in, log in, Nvidia asks me to check email for security confirmation...

One of my biggest pet peeves is when graphs vertical axis doesn't start at 0, in order to make a small change seem big... Like a 20% reduction looking like a 100% reduction in terms of the graph area

I’m in a consumerist hellscape where if something is cheap, I think it’s low quality unethically sourced imports, and if it’s expensive I think it’s still low quality marked up by brand recognition and aggressive advertising. Can’t trust any products anymore…

@leffenfanboy Man I do not miss the mental gymnastics I used to go through to avoid just admitting that I didn't play better than my opponent in a given game.

Only thing that worked for me was to stop playing, unfortunately. So he's probably making a good choice (if he sticks to it).
