In a raging bull market yes. Obviously higher P/E stocks are higher beta and can return way more than lower beta, the opposite is true l, as you have just watched momentum get crushed. The game is finding stocks that will re-rate to a higher P/E because of a some catalyst before the market catches on.

@Amon_liven @stocktalkweekly I normally do ATM or close to it. Technically you are paying higher premium for the longer time of expiration. Theta, IV how far out of the money all effect the premium you are paying for a contract…

ENS a STW pick that I love has a 45% IV currently on long dated options. Spread is good too. I’ve owned shares all year and I am kicking myself, I just noticed this going through the options chain today.
