Last nights @nbcsnl was a killer. @shrimpJAJ had a hell of a night. @eggy_boom was prominently featured and crushing it. The whole present cast each was on at least once. And Owen Wilson seemed happy to just play along with the cast instead of starring. Great premier. 4.5/5
Episode 2 of #ThePremise was heavier than I expected it would be when I told my friend “after we smoke this, I gotta show you this anthology series that had. Pretty funny first episode” 4/5
Solid (and somewhat heavy) first ep of the new #TheWonderYears. Doesn’t feel like a complete retreading of the original series and has a cast of characters that I’m excited to get to know. Not totally wowed yet but I’m looking forward to seeing more. 3.5/5
Top to bottom, #NinePerfectStrangers was a great series. Stellar cast telling a complex story where every character felt utilized and fully formed. Sad to see the story end, but it was perfectly fit into the small number of episodes. 5/5
Well I’m definitely high on hype leaving #shangchi but this feels like a top 5 Marvel movie for me. Definitely high in the top 10. Beautiful, stunning choreography, and surprisingly funny. 4.5/5
#WhatIfMarvel would have made a perfect TellTale Games series. Letting little choices change and create multiple endings. Full games based on individual characters or larger episodes in an anthology. If only…
This episode of #WhatIf was so well done. This is the perfect medium for Dr. Strange. The animation was absolutely next-level and what a gut-wrenching story. 5/5
#WhatIfMarvel
One episode into #onlymurders Can’t wait to watch more. Loved seeing Steve Martin back in action and Martin Short is amazing as always. Selena Gomez rounds the main cast perfectly.
Honestly just so impressed and cant wait for the story to unfold. 5/5
#MrCorman is a 5/5 so far. I’ve not seen anxiety displayed in a way that I relate to so much. Love to see @hitRECordJoe back in action. @arturocastro85 also crushed headlining the Mr. Morales episode.
Much more impressed by this week’s #WhatIf. Creative situation that played out well. The mystery kept me on edge, the surprise villain was a blast, the ending felt like it would make for a crazy alternate timeline, and the pacing (even following so many characters) was level. 4/5
#Ema (2019) was surreal. A movie that within seconds will have characters conversation, emotion, and tone do a complete 180. Showing a woman manipulating her way to motherhood and dragging whoever she needs to along for the ride, this movie will keep you guessing. 4/5
