I loosed the rest of the strings and put my hand inside the guitar to attempt pushing the pin out. After feeling around I noticed the other pins felt like weathered crumbly plastic. So there’s that to look forward to.
Fine. Okay.
I gave it a firmer pull and the pin popped out. I started to pull the string out and nothing. I look into the whole and see half the pin stuck in there.
I went into middle school thinking we were done with the Alamo and Texas Independence. Then like a parody of Sound of Silence it began. “Hello Alamo my old friend, I’ve come to talk to you again.”
