Know what really grinds my gears?When a student submits an OPTIONAL draft, I take the time to comment on it, and then they don't bother with any revisions. Or even copyediting. 🤦‍♀️ (At least it brings me petty joy to comment that they can see their draft for my feedback... 😅)

@GeonLyung_Kim Honestly, don't try to go to everything! Taking a session off to talk with an interesting colleague or two is so fruitful, and there's also nothing wrong with taking a mental health break in your room or walk around the city!
