Without a doubt, the winner of worst customer service ever belongs to @TeamYouTube@Google@YouTubeCreators@YouTube who for 22 days have provided absolutely useless information, the same useless info over & over to help us regain access to a brand account which we own. One of the richest companies in the world can’t afford to have a HUMAN just contact us via email or telephone or DM.

@TeamYouTube So yes, I was invited to be the primary. Accepted role as primary. Now all employees are completely locked out. Everyone. We’re at 17 days. SEVENTEEN DAYS without anyone having access to our account.

@TeamYouTube And yet it do not. I was invited. I accepted. Then later the former primary owner (employee) removed his own access. Nobody has access as the primary owner. Not me. Not the former employee. No one.
@TeamYouTube it’s been almost two weeks without any resolution from you on fixing access to our brand account. Fix it. Message me. Put a human on a phone. Show up at my door. I don’t care. Just fix it.
