@HiltonHotels @HiltonHonors so I get into that room late; tired from the road I dropped my stuff and didn’t check the bathroom. When I did there was water puddling on the ceiling and mold rings everywhere. They couldn’t move me until the next day.

@united I have been with you all for a while, but the service at Denver International leaves much to be desired.
Employees are dismissive, thinned skinned and escalates issues if they disagree with inquiries. Also, several inconsistencies in your policies across the country.
