@virginmedia Pretty simple, VM cut off a user with no notice. Your CS people were most unhelpful, said they'd contacted users by email & text to advise of a change. Well, what about older people who don't use email or text? No email or mobile attached to the account... Just cut them off.

@thelincolnite Not on the south side - the road planning was totally borked when they last changed the layout from two lanes each way to 1 in/3 out at Newark Road/Rookery Lane junction, then put a bus stop in the only lane inbound. Traffic is backed up for 1/4 mile nearly all day now
